Shipping & Return Policy
Shipping
- Please allow 3 business days for order processing. Orders received after 12pm CST will be entered the following business day. Shipping time varies by location based in the US.
- All packages are shipped from St. Louis, Missouri via UPS Ground.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
- Shipments within the 48 contiguous states will receive flat rate shipping or eligible shipping offers. We only ship within the United States.
- Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for flat rate shipping or shipping offers. The UPS shipping calculator will be used for these territories instead.
- Clearly Better Scents is not responsible for packages once UPS has delivered them to your home or business. We are unable to ship to PO boxes.
Returns
- We will gladly accept returns of products in unused condition within 14 days of receiving your product and will issue a full refund less a 20% restocking fee. All returns are subject to review.
- Returns and exchanges on scent machines are accepted within 14 days of receiving your product. We do not accept broken scent machines, scent machines that have been used, or scent machines with missing parts.
- Returns and exchanges on scent oils are accepted within 14 days of receiving your product. We do not accept scent bottles with a broken seal or if they have been opened.
- We ask that any returned products are in the same condition you received it, which is unused and in the original box/packaging.
- User damages are non-returnable/ non-refundable.
- The customer is responsible for any shipping charges on returned products.
- Please allow 10-14 business days from the date we receive your return for us to process the refund or exchange.
- Clearly Better is not responsible for packages once UPS has delivered them to your home or business.
- Please note that we do offer free samples of scent you can request prior to purchasing scent oils. Request Samples.

Warranty
- We offer a 90 day warranty on all scent machines, which includes only mechanical malfunctions. This warranty will not cover user damages.
- Our scent machines are designed for exclusive use of Clearly Better brand scents. This warranty will be voided if other types or brands of scents are used within our machines.
- All sales are final for free items and giveaways. These items are not elidable under warranty.
